 Ankle pain is just awful. At night i sometimes lie reverse on the bed and prop my feet on a pillow on the headboard to let the swelling abate with some ice over. New "neighbors" hmmm I have them now as well

Yep ankle pain is the worst. Thing is there is no swelling with mine. Just pain in the joints themselves. have the same problem with all my joints, more or to a lesser extent depending on the joint involved. I'm sure it's just arthritis setting in because I've been so active all my adult life on the job.
