Well... it all depends on your interpretation of 'free'. Whether an hour is enough time all depends on the theme of the workshop ;) I'm an athlete still competing at an elite level in my chosen sport so you can expect that I'm in good shape... my sport takes me to many of our beautiful Australian beaches where I spend much of the summer months. I enjoy spending time where possible and getting to know someone. Whether casual or more long-term will depend on how things evolve - I'm not for or against either.
